Have we seen the last of LeBron James?

Maybe, maybe not.

But, one thing’s for sure: the Oklahoma City Thunder are looking downright unstoppable right now.

Led once again by a sensational Shai Gilgeous-Alexander masterclass, the defending champions defeated the Los Angeles Lakers 115-110 to complete a ruthless 4-0 playoff sweep and storm into the Western Conference Finals.

But while OKC celebrated yet another dominant postseason statement, all eyes immediately shifted toward LeBron James.

At 41 years old and coming off his record 23rd NBA season, James now faces the biggest question of all: was this the final game of his legendary career?

The four-time NBA champion has repeatedly admitted he remains undecided about playing next season, and with his contract expiring this summer, speculation around retirement has exploded once again.

SGA Takes Over Again

Despite all the talk surrounding Bron, it was SGA who stole the spotlight yet again tonight.

The MVP frontrunner poured in 35 points, while Ajay Mitchell erupted for 28 points, including 10 in a frantic fourth quarter, to help the Thunder survive their toughest playoff test yet.

The win pushes Oklahoma City to a staggering 8-0 record this postseason after previously sweeping the Phoenix Suns in the opening round.

They now await the winner of the second-round series between the San Antonio Spurs and Minnesota Timberwolves, currently tied 2-2.

Was This LeBron’s Last Dance?

James finished with 24 points and 14 rebounds, but his missed driving bank shot with 20 seconds left ultimately proved costly.

Despite battling through a chaotic season that saw the Lakers lose both Luka Doncic and Austin Reaves to injuries late in the campaign, Los Angeles still managed to exceed expectations by reaching the second round.

Reaves fought hard with 27 points Monday night, but his missed game-tying three-pointer in the closing seconds summed up the Lakers’ season: falling short.

Will LeBron return for a 24th season? Chase one final title elsewhere? Or walk away from the NBA altogether? Only one way to find out.
