How much income can IPO generate?
Even before opening, Kanohar Electricals IPO is indicating earning to its investors. In fact, its grey-market premium is already around 33 per cent higher and if calculated accordingly, it shows a profit of more than Rs 200 on each share. If the shares are listed at this estimated GMP, then those who have invested Rs 14,536 will get a profit of about Rs 4800 in one go and if we look at the maximum of 13 lots, then the investment of Rs 1,88,968 made for 299 shares will increase to Rs 2,50,263, that is, there will be an earning of Rs 61,295 in one go.
