Ukrainian Foreign Minister Andriy Syhiba said Kyiv has received four ceasefire proposals from India, Turkey, Egypt and the United States, adding that Ukraine is ready for various options for a truce with Russia.

Sybiha told journalists in Kyiv that Ukraine is ready for various formats of truce, but only if the ceasefire extends to both energy and the Black Sea, according to a report by European Truth. He also described India’s ceasefire proposal as the “broadest” among all proposals.

“We have four proposals. The most comprehensive is India’s proposal. For the first time, India has signalled its willingness to play a role,” he said.

“We are ready for an energy and Black Sea truce, but only in this combination. Energy and truce in the Black Sea. This is a complete energy truce, stopping strikes on all energy facilities, including port infrastructure,” he added.

The three other diplomatic initiatives are also being considered alongside India’s submission. Sybiha said Turkey and Egypt have jointly proposed a grain and agricultural truce across the Black Sea, a critical measure for Egypt.

Meanwhile, the US has presented a framework for an energy truce, a topic previously discussed during a meeting between Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy and US President Donald Trump.
