With increasing age, facial collagen starts decreasing due to which looseness, wrinkles and freckles start appearing in the skin. As soon as women cross the age of 40 and 50, they often resort to expensive anti-aging facials, Botox or chemical serums to maintain the firmness of the skin. But do you know that the same cooked rice water which you consider useless and throw it away in the sink can make your skin shine like a mirror.
Yes, if you mix this special thing i.e. aloe vera gel or honey in rice starch which is included in Korean beauty secrets and apply it on the face, then it proves to be a panacea for tightening the loose skin and getting rid of wrinkles. Let us know the correct way to prepare and apply it.
Material:
Cooked rice starch – 2 tbsp
That one thing (aloe vera gel or honey): Fresh aloe vera gel – 1 tablespoon (for skin tightening) or pure honey (for dry skin)
Vitamin E Capsule Oil – 1 (optional, for extra glow)
Method of preparation and application:
When rice is being cooked at home, take out its extra water (maand) in a separate bowl and let it cool completely. Keep in mind that the flour should be thick.
Now add 1 tablespoon fresh aloe vera gel to this 2 teaspoons cold flour. Aloe vera has anti-aging properties which along with rice starch removes looseness of the skin.
Add a little pure almond oil and Vitamin E capsule oil to it and beat it with the help of a spoon until it looks like a creamy serum or pack.
Before applying the cream, wash the face with soap or gram flour and dry it thoroughly so that the dust and dirt are removed.
Now apply this cream on your face and neck by massaging from bottom to top.
Leave it on the face for 15 to 20 minutes. As it dries, you will start feeling a stretch in your skin.
After the cream dries completely, sprinkle light water on the face and massage in circular motion for 1 minute and wash with cold water.
For better results, use this anti-aging cream three times a week before sleeping at night. If you want, you can apply this cream at night and leave it for the morning.
