Method to make Leftover Dal Parathas
Step 1 Prepare the flour and dal mixture
First of all knead wheat flour. Then add finely chopped onion, green chillies, spices, celery and coriander to the remaining lentils. Mix this mixture slowly into flour and prepare a soft dough. The dough should neither be too hard nor too sticky, so that it is easy to roll the paratha.
Step 2 Rolling the Paratha
Make small balls of dough and roll them into round shapes. Try not to make the paratha too thick, so that it becomes golden and crispy quickly when baked.
Step 3 Bake the Paratha
Heat the pan and apply ghee or oil on both the sides and cook the rolled paratha until it becomes golden and crisp. The aroma of ghee makes the paratha even more delicious.
Step 4 Serving
Serve hot parathas with curd, pickle or white butter. See how everyone, both children and adults, will be eager to eat it.

Tips and Tricks
If the dal is too thick, soften it by adding some water. Adjust the quantity of spices according to your taste. While rolling the paratha, sprinkle light flour so that it does not stick. Leftover paratha can be kept in the refrigerator and baked again.
