1. Even in rural areas, cylinder booking will be done in 25 days: currently it was being done in 45 days; Now same rules in cities and villages

Now even in villages people will be able to book gas cylinders in 25 days. The Central Government has abolished the 45 day rule for booking domestic LPG cylinders in rural areas. The interval for cylinder refill booking in urban areas is 25 days.
Union Minister of State for Petroleum Suresh Gopi said on Monday that the government has instructed all oil marketing companies to implement this new rule with immediate effect.

Maruti Suzuki India has announced to increase the prices of its vehicles. The company said that it is going to increase the prices of its selected car models by ₹ 20,000 from September 2026.
Maruti has increased prices for the third time in four months since May. The company said that this step had to be taken due to the cost of raw materials used in the manufacturing of vehicles and the ever-increasing inflationary pressure.

4. Now you can create UAN sitting at home through Umang app: Verification will be done through Aadhaar face-authentication; Facilities like KYC update and passbook download will also be available.

Employee Provident Fund Organization i.e. EPFO has increased its digital services on Umang App. Now PF account holders can generate, activate and authenticate their Universal Account Number i.e. UAN from mobile itself through Aadhaar-based face-authentication.
This initiative of the organization aims to ease access to EPFO services and eliminate dependence on physical or manual verification.

Vimal cardamom manufacturing company PB Agro has reached Delhi High Court in defense of its brand ambassadors Shahrukh Khan, Ajay Devgan and Tiger Shroff.
FDA i.e. Maharashtra Food and Drug Administration had issued notice to these three actors alleging that they are making misleading propaganda in the advertisement.
