CBSE Class 10 Results 2026: While CBSE does not release an official toppers list, many students have set new records by achieving 100 per cent marks.

The Central Board of Secondary Education (CBSE) has released the Class 10th results, and once again, students across the country have performed exceptionally well. While CBSE does not release an official toppers list, many students have set new records by achieving 100 per cent marks. Notably, most toppers achieved this success through self-study rather than coaching.
Daksh, a student at Amity International School in Vasundhara, Ghaziabad, achieved a remarkable milestone by scoring 100%. He studied seven subjects, securing full 100 marks in Math, Science, English, Japanese Language, and Data Science, along with 99 in Social Science and 93 in Hindi. According to CBSE’s Best Five Subjects policy, his total came to 500 out of 500. Daksh shared that he relied entirely on self-study, without any coaching. He studied 12 to 13 hours a day and did not move on from a topic until he had understood it completely. His dream is to get into IIT and later clear the UPSC exam to serve the country.
Tanay Srivastava, a resident of Sector 49, Gurugram, also scored a perfect 100 per cent in Class 10. He obtained full marks in English, Math, Social Science, Sanskrit, and IT. Tanay says he does not fix a strict timetable for studying; instead, he studies whenever he feels like it. He aspires to build a career in research.
Aashna Khurana, a student from Faridabad, secured first place in the district with 100 per cent. Nitesh Bahl stood second with 99.8 per cent. Manan, a student at Jankidas Kapoor Public School in Sonipat, also excelled by scoring 500 out of 500.
In Kolkata, Anisha Ghosh of Bhavan Gangabux Kanodia Vidyamandir and Jayshirsya Basu of BDM International School both achieved 100 per cent marks. From Puri, Odisha, student Tina Rath also performed exceptionally well, scoring 100 marks in five subjects, taking her total to 500 based on her best five.
From Ghaziabad, Yogit Jain scored 499 marks, or 99.8 per cent. He studied regularly for six hours a day and prepared with the help of YouTube. From Noida, Arjun Dhar also scored 99.8 per cent and expressed his desire to pursue a career in engineering.
In Gurugram, Riddhima Gupta scored 99.8 per cent. She too succeeded through self-study without coaching. She studied for three to four hours daily, stayed away from social media, and focused solely on her studies. Her dream is to study engineering at IIT Bombay.
This year’s CBSE 10th results clearly show that most toppers achieved success through self-study, regular study, and the right strategy. Students believe that with thoughtful and consistent effort, they can achieve excellent results even without coaching.
