1. Gold becomes expensive by ₹ 2,585 after 9 days of decline: Price of 10 grams increases by ₹ 1.21 lakh, silver by ₹ 4,737 to ₹ 1.47 lakh per kg

There was an increase in the prices of gold and silver yesterday. According to India Bullion and Jewelers Association (IBJA), the price of 10 grams of gold has increased by Rs 2,585 to Rs 1,20,628. On Tuesday, the price of gold was Rs 1,18,043 per 10 grams.

On 20th October, the day of Diwali, gold became cheaper by Rs 1951. From October 20 to 28, the price of gold had fallen by Rs 11,541. This year gold has become costlier by Rs 44,466.

2. Russian oil ship coming to India suddenly took a U-turn: A tanker of Russian state oil company was coming to Sikka port of Gujarat.

After the US imposed new sanctions on Russian oil, a ship carrying Russian crude oil coming to India has suddenly taken a U-turn. According to ship-tracking data, this big ship named Furia was coming towards India on Tuesday from a route between Denmark and Germany. This ship was carrying oil sold by Russia’s state oil company Rosneft.

This incident of taking a U-turn happened just a week after America blacklisted Russian oil companies Rosneft and Lukoil. On October 22, the US Treasury Department had instructed the companies and banks that these two companies had announced the ban.

This figure is about Rs 90 lakh crore more than India’s GDP. According to IMF, India’s GDP is currently 4.13 trillion dollars i.e. 364 lakh crore rupees. After Nvidia, Microsoft and Apple are the most valuable companies in the world.

4. Amazon fired 14,000 employees: It was written in the termination letter – All access closed, if you are in the office then security will throw you out.

E-commerce company Amazon has fired 14,000 of its corporate employees. Beth Galetti, the company’s Senior Vice President of Human Resources, sent termination letters to these employees via email on Tuesday, October 28.

5. Soon, Internet will be available directly from satellite in India: Musk’s company Starlink will give demo in Mumbai on 30-31 October, connectivity will be available everywhere.

Elon Musk’s company Starlink is going to launch its satellite broadband services in India. For this, the company will do a demo run in Mumbai on 30th and 31st October. This is a big step for regulatory clearance to start satellite broadband service.
