BSEB stand 2025 Exam Pattern
The Bihar STET determines teacher eligibility at the primary and secondary levels. This means there will be two separate papers—one for primary classes and one for secondary classes. The primary level includes subjects such as child development, language, mathematics, and environmental science. The secondary level paper will include language along with one specialised subject (such as mathematics, science, or social science). Each paper will be given 2 hours and 30 minutes. If someone takes both papers, the total time will be 5 hours.
To qualify for Bihar STET 2025, candidates must have a graduation or post-graduation degree with 50% marks from a recognised university. A B.Ed. degree or related qualification is also required. The minimum age requirement is 21 years. The maximum age is 37 years for General category, 40 years for OBC/women, and 42 years for SC/ST. Age relaxation is applicable for different categories as per rules.
Selected candidates will receive a starting salary of Rs 30,000-40,000 per month.
