A job camp is an event or fair organised to connect job seekers with potential employers. These camps typically provide a platform where individuals can explore various employment opportunities, attend interviews, and sometimes even receive career guidance or counselling. Job camps are often organised by government agencies, educational institutions, or recruitment firms and may focus on specific industries or sectors. Participants can register, submit their resumes, and engage with recruiters or companies offering jobs. They may also provide services like skill development workshops or vocational training to enhance employability.
