At the same time, silver increased by Rs 6,025 to Rs 1,62,730 per kg. Yesterday it was Rs 1,56,705 per kg. On October 17, gold had made an all-time high of Rs 1,30,874 and on October 14, silver had made an all-time high of Rs 1,78,100.

The Enforcement Directorate (ED) has arrested Manoj Gaur, Managing Director (MD) of Jaypee Infratech Limited in a money laundering case. This case is related to the diversion of funds worth Rs 12,000 crore taken from home buyers.
This case against the company is going on since 2017. People who had paid advance money for about 21,000 flats are stuck in this. These buyers had booked flats in projects like Wish Town in Noida but did not get the flats.

6. Delhi blast terrorists used Session app: No phone number, email required for registration; Message tracing very difficult
The terrorists involved in the attack near Red Fort in Delhi had used encrypted apps. Encrypted apps i.e. messages can be read only by the sender and receiver. The names of three big apps have emerged in this. Telegram, Signal and Session.
