ICAI CA Foundation Admit Card 2025: The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) will soon release the admit cards for the Chartered Accountancy (CA) Foundation examination scheduled in September. Once the hall tickets are out, candidates can download them from eservices.icai.org. Candidates will require student registration number and the SSP password to download their CA admit card.
The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has released the detailed timetable for the upcoming CA September 2025 examinations, including Foundation, Intermediate, and Final courses.
According to the official date sheet, the CA Foundation examination will be conducted on September 16, 18, 20, and 22, 2025. For the CA Final course, Group 1 exams are scheduled on September 3, 6, and 8, while Group 2 exams will be held on September 10, 12, and 14, 2025. Similarly, the CA Intermediate (New Scheme) examinations for Group 1 will take place on September 4, 7, and 9, followed by Group 2 on September 11, 13, and 15, 2025.
Notably, ICAI has clarified that no examination will be conducted on September 5, 2025 (Friday), owing to Milad–un-Nabi, which is recognised as a compulsory gazetted Central Government holiday. The institute has further emphasised that the schedule will remain unchanged, even if any examination date coincides with a public holiday declared later.
Steps To Download ICAI CA Admit Card 2025
Step 1: Go to the official website: eservices.icai.org.
Step 2: Click on the link for CA Foundation/Intermediate/Final September 2025 Admit Card.
Step 3: Enter your registration number and password/PIN/roll number to log in.
Step 4: Click on the Download Admit Card option after login.
Step 5: Save the PDF and take a printout for exam day use.

ICAI will not send admit cards by post. Candidates must download them online and verify details like name, photo, signature, exam centre, and dates.
The admit card is a mandatory document and must be carried to the examination centre along with valid ID proof. Students are advised to keep a close watch on ICAI’s website for timely updates.
