Six people have died in a fire in a private hospital in Dindigul, Tamil Nadu. A minor is also included in these. According to the police, the incident happened at 9 pm.
The fire broke out in the reception area of Orthopedic Care City Hospital located on Trichy Road. Which had spread throughout the building. There were more than 30 patients in the hospital during the incident.
According to the police, a rescue operation was launched as soon as information about the fire incident was received. More than 30 patients were shifted to nearby hospitals. 6 people were found unconscious in the hospital lift.
Police said that everyone was taken to the district hospital. The doctors there declared him dead. Treatment of other patients is continuing in the hospital.
