Sahajanand Medical Technologies: Offer for sale of 2.76 crore shares Date: This IPO has opened from October 15 and will close on October 19. Price Band: Its price band has not been announced yet. Issue Size: The entire issue is an Offer for Sale (OFS) of 2.76 crore shares. Listing: Allotment of shares is expected to take place on October 21 and listing on October 23. The company’s products are used in more than 76 countries. Sahajanand Medical Technologies (SMT), established in 2001, manufactures medical devices related to vascular and heart interventions. Its portfolio includes coronary stents, balloons, renal stents and peripheral drug-coated balloons. Its products are used in more than 76 countries. 2. Bonfglioli Transmission’s ₹2,533 crore IPO Date: This IPO has opened on October 15 and will close on October 19. Price band: ₹558 to ₹586 per share. ₹29 discount for employees. Minimum Investment: At Rs 586, a minimum investment of Rs 14,650 will have to be made. Issue Size: This is a full offer for sale (OFS) issue of ₹2,533.66 crore. Listing: The listing of the shares is expected to take place on October 23. Jetworks: Big IPO of ₹5,012 crore Date: This IPO has opened from October 15 and will close on October 19. Price band: ₹143 to ₹151 per share. ₹14 discount per share for employees. Minimum Investment: At Rs 151, a minimum investment of Rs 14,949 will have to be made. Issue Size: The total issue size is of ₹5,012.33 crore. There will be fresh shares worth ₹2,830 crore, while there will be an offer for sale worth ₹2,182.33 crore. Allotment and Listing: The allotment of shares will be final on October 21. After this, its listing on BSE and NSE is expected to happen on 23 October. Jetworks is a Global Manufacturing Marketplace Founded in 2017, Jetworks is an ‘asset-light’ tech-driven global manufacturing platform. Tonbo Imaging India: ₹852.18 crore IPO Date: This IPO has opened from October 15 and will close on October 19. Price Band: The company has fixed its price band at ₹665 to ₹700 per share. Minimum Investment: The minimum lot size for retail investors is 21 shares. At the upper price band of ₹700, retail investors will have to invest a minimum of ₹14,700.
