Shahrukh Khan has once again emerged as the country’s richest Indian actor in the Hurun India Rich List 2026. According to Hurun report, Shahrukh Khan’s total wealth has been recorded at Rs 10,000 crore.
Amitabh Bachchan is at second place in this list with assets worth Rs 4,000 crore. Actor Salman Khan has made his place in this list for the first time with a net worth of Rs 3,000 crore.
Apart from this, Hrithik Roshan also remains in the list of the richest actors of the country with assets worth Rs 2,500 crore.
Shahrukh’s net worth reduced by ₹2,500 crore
His production company ‘Red Chillies Entertainment’ and IPL team ‘Knight Riders Sports’ have major contributions to Shahrukh Khan’s total wealth of Rs 10,000 crore. However, his wealth has declined slightly compared to last year. Shahrukh’s net worth was recorded at Rs 12,490 crore in the Hurun India Rich List 2025. In the Hurun Global Rich List released earlier this year, his total wealth was stated to be Rs 10,800 crore.
Amitabh Bachchan’s wealth rises without any business
Amitabh Bachchan, who is second in the rich list, has seen a big improvement in his net worth as compared to last year. According to the report, Amitabh’s wealth has increased from Rs 1,630 crore last year to Rs 4,000 crore this year.
Amitabh makes huge investments in companies and real estate sector.
Like Shahrukh Khan, Amitabh Bachchan does not directly run any big business. Through his family office, he makes huge investments in many big companies and real estate sector, due to which this increase in his wealth has been recorded.
Salman Khan’s entry, Hrithik’s wealth also increased
Salman Khan has entered the Hurun India Rich List for the first time this year with assets worth Rs 3,000 crore. The net worth of actor Hrithik Roshan has also increased.
Salman has a production house named Salman Khan Films.
In the list of 2025, Hrithik’s wealth was Rs 2,160 crore, which has now increased to Rs 2,500 crore. The main reason for the increase in Hrithik’s wealth is his own fitness and lifestyle brand ‘HRX’, whose value has increased rapidly in the market.
Juhi Chawla was included in this list last year with a net worth of Rs 7,790 crore.

This time some old big names have not found a place in the Hurun India Rich List 2026. Actress Juhi Chawla, who had a net worth of Rs 7,790 crore last year, and filmmaker Karan Johar, who had a net worth of Rs 1,880 crore, are out of the list this time.
Meanwhile, Naresh Malhotra, father of Namit Malhotra, producer of the upcoming film ‘Ramayana’, has also joined this list. Hurun’s report puts Naresh Malhotra’s net worth at Rs 16,000 crore.
After the year 2023, Shahrukh will return to the big screen with ‘King’.
Shahrukh Khan’s last films came in the year 2023, when he made record earnings at the box office with ‘Pathan’, ‘Jawaan’ and ‘Danky’. Since then none of his films have been released.
Now Shahrukh is preparing to return to the big screen through his next film ‘King’. His daughter Suhana Khan will also be seen in this film being made under the direction of Siddharth Anand. This film is going to be released in theaters on 24th December.
