The allotment of NSE’s IPO worth Rs 22,569 crore will take place today i.e. on September 22. Those investors who will not be allotted shares will be refunded their money from September 23.
At the same time, shares will be credited to the demat account of those investors who have been allotted shares in the IPO on the same day. NSE shares will be listed on BSE on 24 September.

Overall bid received 5.71 times
This IPO has been subscribed a total of 5.71 times. Investors placed bids for 50.28 crore shares against the total offer of 8.86 crore shares.
In this, the highest demand came from big foreign and domestic funds i.e. QIB and their quota was filled 12.68 times. At the same time, the share of rich investors i.e. NII was subscribed 6.54 times and the quota of common retail investors was subscribed 1.35 times.

Big drop in gray market premium
According to market experts, NSE shares are currently trading at a premium of ₹ 65 in the unlisted market. At the time of getting the approval from SEBI, the gray market premium or GMP of NSE had reached ₹ 285, but when the bidding started, it came down to ₹ 155 and now it has come down to the range of ₹ 48 to ₹ 65.
Estimated listing at ₹1850 with 3.64% premium
Looking at the gray market trend, market experts estimate that the listing of NSE shares may be around ₹ 1,850. This represents a slight gain of about 3.64% from its upper price band of ₹1,785.
