Roman Reigns remained the last man standing at the WWE Royal Rumble 2026 in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia on Sunday in the men’s headline event, while Liv Morgan reigned supreme in the women’s event.
Reigns, who went on the attack ever since he took to the ring, was rewarded for his aggression as he set Gunther over the top of the rope to secure his place in Wrestlemania. The 30-man event features some legendary names, including Brock Lesnar, Rey Mysterio and Randy Orton.
Bronn Brekker was assaulted en route to the ring by a masked wrestler before Oba Femi sent the former over the ropes and out of contention in the biggest stinger of the day.
Morgan reigned supreme in the women’s headline event as she outlasted her competitors and held on to the confines of the ring by the nails as she remained in the ring after Tiffany Stratton and Sol Ruca met their end at the climax of the event.
Gunther, who had shown John Cena the way out of WWE with his win over the celebrated legend, got yet another scalp to his name as he got the better of AJ Styles by submission in the career-threatening fight between the two.
The Men’s Royal Rumble roster features illustrious names including Cody Rhodes, Brock Lesnar, Randy Orton, Roman Reigns, Rey Mysterio, Jey Uso, Gunther, The Miz, Oba Femi, Damian Priest, Bron Breakker, Bronson Reed, Bronson Reed, Austin Theory, Jacob Fatu, Dragon Lee, Penta, Solo Sikoa, Je’Von Evans, Ilja Dragunov, Matt Cardona, Trick Williams.
The women’s sectio was stacked too with charlotte flair, becky lynch, Rhea Rippley, Bayley, Asuka, Liv Morgan, Roxanne Perez, Nia Jax, Chelsea Green, Giulia, Iyo Sky, Allexa Bliss, Lyra Valkyria, Raquel Rodriguez, Kaairi Sane, Jordyne Grace, Lash Legend faturing in addition to the bella twins.
