The total budget of five small budget films like Stree 2, Lapata Ladies, Manjummel Boys, Munjya and Hanuman was Rs 155 crore. But all these films did business of more than 1500 crores. Whereas big budget films like Bade Miyan Chhote Miyan and Kanguva were flops.
The biggest film of Bollywood was Stree 2. The film collected Rs 874 crore worldwide. Whereas the biggest film of the year was Pushpa 2. This film, released in December, has so far collected Rs 1700 crore. This film can break the earning record of Baahubali. The budget of this film of Allu Arjun was 400 crores.

The film Stree 2 was a blockbuster. The film’s budget was just Rs 20 crore, while it earned Rs 27 crore in India and Rs 74 crore worldwide.

Based on a true incident, this film attracted the audience. The budget of this film was 20 crores but it earned 200 crores.
