Actor and producer Sohail Khan has recently clarified the ongoing speculations regarding his changed look and weight loss. Seeing his very low weight at the party of the reality show ‘The Alliance’, people were speculating that he was using medicines and fat burners like Ozempic.
In an interview given to Hindustan Times, Sohail rejected all these claims. He told that due to stomach upset and deteriorating health during the show, he controlled his eating habits, due to which he lost about 12 kg weight.

Stomach upset in first week, felt nervous Sohail Khan told that ‘The Alliance’ was his first reality show. Initially he felt claustrophobia. In the very first week of coming home, his stomach problem increased, due to which the problem became very severe.
Despite his ill health, the other contestants of the show took great care of him and supported him. Because of this he was able to stay in the show for five weeks.

Controlled diet to participate in the task After the illness, Sohail made a lot of changes in his eating habits. He wanted to fully participate in the tasks and challenges given in the show.
Sohail clarified that he did not resort to any medicine or fat burner for weight loss. He just needed to control his diet so that he could remain a part of the show till the last day.
There was talk of losing 12 kg of weight when Salman arrived. When Sohail’s brother Salman Khan reached there during ‘The Alliance’ show, there was talk of his transformation. During that time, Sohail had told that he had lost about 12 kg of weight.
