Sunil Shetty is fondly called ‘Anna’ (elder brother) in Bollywood.

During this period, a Bollywood actor was also continuously receiving threat calls. The series of threats continued for about one and a half years, but one day things went beyond limits.
The gangster who made the call threatened that he would shoot the actor’s father. The son had ignored the threat till now, but as soon as the father received the threat, his patience broke. He replied to the gangster in his own language, abused him and said – I have more money and more connections than you. So don’t ever think that I will get scared.

On this, Sanjay Dutt smilingly clarified, ‘I had forgotten.’
Sunil Shetty had further told that later he was sent for promotion in place of Sanjay. When Sunil Dutt came to know about this, he called Sunil Shetty home and said, ‘Son, I understand your friendship, but you should have thought about me also.’

As soon as he saw Sunil, the soldier said, “Bhairav Singh ji, I have lost one hand… send me back, we have to destroy the enemies.” Sunil’s eyes filled with tears after hearing this. But the young man’s parents consoled him and said, “Don’t cry son, he has lost his hand for the country. Challenged to gangster on threat of underworld
In the 90s, Sunil Shetty had received threats from the underworld. Sunil Shetty had told that at that time, because his surname was ‘Shetty’, the underworld felt that by scaring him, money could be collected from other Shetty businessmen also. Gangster Hemant Pujari and his men used to continuously call and threaten his house, office and manager. This sequence continued for about one and a half years.
One day Hemant Pujari called and threatened that he would shoot Sunil Shetty’s father who was going for a walk in the morning. Hearing this, Sunil Shetty lost his temper. He replied to the gangster in his own language.
Sunil told him, “I have more information about you than you do. Where do your sisters live, where are your brothers, where are your relatives… I know everything. I have more money and more connections than you. So don’t ever think that I will get scared. What will I do after shooting a 70-80 year old man?”
Sunil Shetty had told that he had security, so the entire conversation was recorded. When Mumbai Police heard the recording, they explained to Sunil that arguing with such gangsters could be dangerous. Police said that these people are sometimes drunk or angry and can attack anyone just on an order.

Junior artist was made to dress like the Chief Minister
During the TV show ‘Jeena Isi Ka Naam Hai’, actress Mahima Chaudhary had told that Sunil Shetty pranks a lot on the sets.
When Mahima Chaudhary reached Hyderabad for the first time for an outdoor shoot for the shooting of the film ‘Yeh Tera Ghar Ye Mera Ghar’, Sunil Shetty did a funny prank on her.
Mahima had told that Sunil got a junior artist dressed exactly like the Chief Minister. Special clothes were ordered for him. There was a convoy of several white Ambassador cars. There were police vehicles, commandos, walkie-talkies and complete VIP arrangements.
Mahima did not know anything. Then Sunil told him that he had to meet the Chief Minister for an important meeting. He also asked Mahima what all had to be discussed regarding the industry in the meeting. Mahima started preparing for the meeting seriously and arrived ready to meet the Chief Minister.
After this, some junior artists started raising slogans in praise of Chandrababu Naidu. After which everyone started shouting. After this, Sunil touched the feet of the alleged Chief Minister, after which Mahima also bowed and saluted him. Later it turned out to be a prank.

The film ‘Yeh Tera Ghar Yeh Mera Ghar’ was released in theaters on 12 October 2001.
Mahima Chaudhary had said- Sunil Shetty had kept a snake in the car.
Mahima had said in the same show that on the very first day of the shooting, Sunil had placed a snake in her car.
At the same time, Sunil said in the show that he had not kept the snake in the car. The snake had somehow entered inside the bonnet of the car. Sunil had told that he himself was afraid of snakes and if he had seen a snake, he would have run far away from there.
Later, Sunil had told in Kapil Sharma’s show that Mahima still believes that it was he who had kept the snake in the car. The body part was taken from Sunil Shetty’s photo
Year 1998. Notorious gangster Shriprakash Shukla was a big challenge for the police in Uttar Pradesh. The police and the newly formed UP STF were busy searching for him, but the biggest problem was that his correct picture was not being found.
IPS Rajesh Pandey had told that Sriprakash was also aware that the police was searching for his photo. He started keeping an eye on the photographers of his area. He used to threaten the photographer whom he suspected had given his photograph to the police. A photographer was dragged out of the shop and shot on the street.
After this, such fear spread in the area that people became afraid of even keeping Sriprakash’s photo with them. On the other hand, there was pressure on STF also. People used to raise questions that when the police does not even have his photograph, how will they catch him?
Meanwhile, STF came to know from the informers that Shriprakash sometimes comes to the house of his sister and brother-in-law in Lucknow. The team reached there, but the family refused to give any information about him. Then there was a conversation with his younger nieces present in the house.
The girls told that their maternal uncle had come to their birthday party and they had photographs from that day. He took out some photographs kept in a book and showed them to the police. Finally STF got the real picture of Shriprakash Shukla.

This picture of Shriprakash Shukla was edited and made. (The quality of the picture has been enhanced with the help of AI)
But now there was another problem. If his original photograph had come out of the same family’s house, then Sriprakash could have found out where the photo came from and could have caused harm to the family.
STF officials thought of finding a way so that the source of the photo would never be revealed.
At that time, postcards and photographs of film stars were found in Hazratganj area of Lucknow. There, IPS Rajesh Pandey’s eyes fell on a picture, in which actor Sunil Shetty was standing in almost the same way as Shriprakash Shukla was standing in a group photo.
Then a very unique arrangement was made. A body part was taken from Sunil Shetty’s photo and Sriprakash Shukla’s face was fitted on it. The picture was prepared in such a way that at first glance the viewer would see it as the photo of Shri Prakash Shukla.
This is how the picture of Shriprakash Shukla was made public.
The interesting thing was that later when someone called Shriprakash and told that his photo was published in the newspaper, after seeing the photo he said that he had never worn a denim shirt like that in his life and he was surprised.
