Sai Pallavi is playing the role of Mother Sita in the film Ramayana. This film is going to be released on the occasion of Diwali (estimated 8 November 2026).

At the same time, Mid-Day has also mentioned the release date of the film as July in its report. A source was quoted in the report as saying that the month of July is better for this kind of romantic film. A film requires time, space for re-watching and a limited number of screens. Summer time is away from the festival crowds, which may give the film a better chance.

The source also said that the film’s producer Aamir Khan Productions is very careful about the release date. It is not yet clear whether the film will release on April 24 or not. After the news of July release, discussion has also started whether the film is being postponed because of Salman Khan starrer Battle of Galwan.

Salman Khan’s film Battle of Galwan is scheduled to release on 17 April 2026. Apart from this, Raja Shivaji and The Devil Wears Prada 2 are also going to hit the theaters on May 1. In such a situation, it is believed that the makers want to release Mere Raho in a vacant slot to avoid the crowd.

It is being told that Aamir Khan Productions’ next film Happy Patel Dangerous Detective, starring Veer Das in the lead role, will be released on January 16. It is expected that the first teaser of Mere Raho can be attached with this film.

According to the information, Mere Raho is a remake of the Korean film One Day (2011). This love story was shot during the Snow Festival in Sapporo city of Japan. The shooting of the film started from Mumbai in December 2023. Some pictures of Junaid and Sai Pallavi were also revealed during the Japan schedule in early 2024.

Earlier there was news that the film will be released on Valentine’s Day 2024. Later it was postponed due to the release of Junaid’s debut film Lavayapa. Now this film is set to hit theaters in 2026.
