Due to this, Hindutva organizations have taken to the streets and demanded action against the accused belonging to the minority community.

A 13 -year -old girl told a painful story

The India Today team went to the house of a 13 -year -old minor girl who faced a terrible experience of sexual harassment for a month. The girl is mentally broken and scared but she told her in detail.

She told that she used to go to coaching classes, where the accused Tahir Mewati and her companions used to stop, harass and molested her. He used to force him to religious conversion. He said that if he refused to marry and adapt, he also threatened to attack with acid. The girl said that she had told her family and Hemraj, manager of the coaching institute, after which Hemraj refused to do so.

The girl told that when I used to go to coaching, those boys used to bother me every day and also said dirty things. On the 25th, they came on the road and touched me too. The next day my parents went to coaching with me and met Hemraj ji. He said that if this happens again, tell me but the next day he came again.

Sir, Hemraj ji went to convince them. When we returned to coaching, they came from behind and attacked Hemraj ji. He also had weapons. The girl’s father said that in such a situation it becomes difficult for sisters and daughters to get out.

Attack on coaching manager

Accused Tahir and many of his associates attacked the coaching institute, took out the manager Hemraj and beat him badly, causing him many injuries. The incident was captured in CCTV, after which an FIR was lodged under the POCSO Act and two of the five named accused, including Tahir, were arrested.

Hemraj said that I was dragged out, beaten and then left. The next day we gave the memorandum and asked for 24 to 48 hours but 48 hours passed, yet only two arrests were made.

Threatened to make the video viral

In another case, an accused named Yunus harassed a Hindu girl and threatened to marry her and make her video viral. The girl refused, after which the case was registered and the accused is in jail.

In another case Tonk A minor girl was allegedly gang -raped by seven accused, out of which six were minors and an adult. Six minors were detained while the seventh is absconding.

What is the police stance

Tonk Superintendent of Police Rajesh Kumar Meena said that a case was registered under the POCSO Act in the coaching case and two people were arrested. In the second case also, action was taken under POCSO and other laws. Six teams have been formed for schools, colleges and coaching institutes, whose contact numbers have been shared. Action has been taken in recent cases.

Anger of Hindutva organizations

This year, there have been many cases of people of minority community harassing Hindu girls, tampering and targeting religious transformation. Due to this, Hindutva organizations have accused the district administration of negligence and said that fear is not being created among the criminals.

Ajay of ABVP said that there are many cases in Tonk. Some are suppressed, some are revealed. Some girls do not even speak. Former BJP MLA Ajay Mehta said that we saw that the people of the Muslim community are targeting girls of 12-13 years, who are like children… they need to teach a lesson.
