The United Nations (UN) has banned Iran on Sunday. This step has been taken with his nuclear program. The ban came into effect from 12 pm on Sunday night.

Now Iran’s foreign assets will be freeze. The purchase and sale of weapons will be banned. Activities related to ballistic missile program will also be strict.

The action took place under Snapback Mechanism, which was included in the 2015 nuclear deal. Iran said that the United Nations does not have the right to impose such restrictions and will not affect it.

Earlier in June, Israel attacked Iran for 12 days. During this time the US also bombed Iran’s nuclear bases.
