Two minors were killed and at least eight people were injured in a firing at the famous Fairmount Park in the US state of Philadelphia. The incident occurred on Lemon Hill Drive at around 10:30 pm on Monday night, when a large number of people were spending time in the park.
CBS News quoted the police as saying that the firing took place after a car meat-up. Amidst the chaos, a person was hit by a car, who has been admitted to the hospital.
Earlier on Sunday, there was a firing in the Little River area of South Carolina. 11 people were injured in this.
