The FBI has shared information about his arrest with Indian agencies and is currently kept in the US Jackson Parish Correction Center. This arrest has intensified the ongoing action against the Bishnoi gang.

Randeep Malik is also accused in the Jim owner Nadir Shah murder case in Greater Kailash-1, Delhi on 12 September 2024. According to the charge sheet of Delhi Police, weapons were arranged from the US for this murder, while Lawrence Bishnoi, who was lodged in Sabarmati Jail in Gujarat, hatched it through a video call with gangster Hashim Baba in Tihar Jail.

Apart from this, Randeep is also accused of plotting bomb blasts outside the clubs of Gurugram and Chandigarh. On 26 November 2024, there were explosions outside the Civil Bar and Lounge and D’Ora club of Bollywood singer Badshah, Sector-26, Chandigarh. After this, similar blasts were carried out on 10 December outside the Warehouse and Human Club located in Sector-29 of Gurugram. The responsibility of these attacks was taken by Goldie Brar and Rohit Godara.
The responsibility of the bomb blasts was taken by the Lawrence gang.

Investigation revealed that Randeep had instructed the shooters named Vinay and Ajit through the signal app and arranged bombs. In the case of these blasts, the NIA filed a charge sheet against Randeep, Goldie Brar and other accused.
