NCRTC spokesperson said that departmental action has been taken against an employee in this matter, while the investigation is still going on. An awareness campaign will also be run by NCTRC to prevent recurrence of such incidents. At the same time, the officials have appealed to the passengers to maintain decorum in public places and have made it clear that such activities will not be tolerated under any circumstances in modern public transport modes like Namo Bharat Train.
