Government documents show that this deal was done on 16 October 2025 with a person named Kamal Swaroop Singh in Mangsi Pargana area of ​​Sohawal tehsil.

At the time of registration, the value of this land was shown on paper as only Rs 8.8 lakh, but if we look at it today, the actual market price of this property is around Rs 25 lakh. Work was going on indiscriminately without permission on this precious land, which is now on the radar of the administration.
