According to India Forums, talks are going on between Mohit Raina and the makers to play the role of Lord Shiva in the film ‘Ramayana’. It is being told that this conversation is in its final stages. However, there is no official confirmation about this yet.

Mohit Raina played Lord Shiva in the TV show ‘Devon Ke Dev … Mahadev’ (2011–2014). This was the most iconic character of his career so far. Mohit’s calm but simplicity and strong acting made Mahadev’s character more real and emotional.

These stars will be seen in the film ‘Ramayana’

Ranbir Kapoor is playing the role of Lord Ram and Sai Pallavi Mata Sita in the film ‘Ramayana’. Yash will play the role of Ravana in the film, while there are reports of Sunny Deol playing the role of Lord Hanuman. The film will feature Lara Dutta Kaikeyi and Sheeba Chadha Manthara. Ravi Dubey will play the role of Laxman, while Arun Govil will be seen in the role of King Dasaratha.

Film will be released in two parts

The film ‘Ramayana’ will be released in two parts. The first part will come on the occasion of Diwali 2026 and the second part will come at Diwali 2027. However, dates have not been announced yet.
