Passengers on SpiceJet flight SG2471 from Delhi to Gorakhpur alleged that the air conditioner was out of order. Passengers, troubled by heat and suffocation, created a ruckus in the plane that was standing on the runway for almost two hours, although the airline denied the claim of the AC being faulty and said that the air-conditioner of the plane was fully operational.
