This same background was seen on the social media of a girl named Karina Kubiliut, a resident of Greece. Reddit users immediately noticed similarities between the two photos. Apart from the location, the photos of both had the same beach bed and matching towels.

The interesting thing is that both Karthik and Kareena also followed each other on Instagram. But after the news of dating came out, both of them unfollowed each other.

Whereas, if we talk about Kareena, she is a resident of Greece and is just 18 years old. Currently she lives and studies in Britain. She is studying at Carlisle College there. Apart from this, she is also a cheerleader.

There is a difference of 17 years in the age of Karthik and Kareena.
