Transgender influencer Kenny Ethan Jones shared his ordeal in an exclusive interview with the Daily Star. She helped her sister when she was struggling with a problem in which she could not become a mother. She offered to donate her eggs to help her sister conceive.

Kenny was born as a girl. Kenny, who had many physical problems and considered himself a man emotionally, had harbored a desire to become a man. For this, she had started hormone therapy for many years, but she had to stop all this to help her sister. The process of his becoming a man was interrupted for some time. Because she had to donate her eggs to her sister.
Those facing pregnancy-related problems and transgender people feel that their body does not match their expectations and their identity. For transgender individuals, this may manifest as gender dysphoria. When the gender assigned at birth does not match their gender identity.
For those who face fertility challenges, it can lead to feelings of despair or even guilt. In such a situation, being a transgender man, Kenny had to stop his hormone therapy to help his sister get pregnant.
Hormone therapy is a long and complex medical process for any transgender. Stopping it means facing the possible causes of gender dysphoria again. Kenny told that estrogen was my main hormone, whereas I had been taking testosterone for 10-11 years at that time. In such a situation, it was not easy for me to go back to the previous situation.
There was a fear of triggering gender dysphoria.
Kenny told that I was afraid that dysphoria might resurface due to problems during periods and hyper-awareness of my body and the parts that I had tried to ignore for a long time. So, I was worried about how this journey would affect my mental health.
Kenny temporarily stopped testosterone therapy and went through the procedure of having his eggs removed. Then donated my eggs. In this, many medicines and hormone injections had to be taken daily for a few weeks. She recalls that when we spoke to the doctors about the procedure, they created a care plan based on each individual, and so, they gave me an estrogen suppressant medication to ensure that it would reduce the chances of me having gender dysphoria, as it would keep my estrogen levels down during the procedure.
He further said that it was a very intensive process, I am glad that I did not do more research about it beforehand. Because I think this could have reduced my morale a bit. I think it’s deeper than you think.
Sister was trying to get pregnant for four years
Kenny’s sister had been trying to get pregnant for four years, but she miscarried every time. Due to this she became very emotionally disturbed. After this, she started considering the options of adopting a child or donating eggs from someone. While discussing these options, Kenny suddenly offered to donate his eggs, although at first it was just a casual suggestion.
A few months later, his sister asked if he was really serious about it. Then both of them together started trying to find out whether this was possible. They decided to consult a doctor to get Kenny’s fertility checked and see if he could help, and that was the beginning of their new life together.
Kenny admitted that it was unbelievable because there were so many expectations, because my sister thought she might have found a solution. The influencer told that due to hormone therapy, I had consumed testosterone for many years. Thus, I had doubts about my fertility. But, I did not want to disappoint my sister. After the test, she was relieved and surprised to know that her fertility was still good and she could give eggs to her sister to get pregnant.
After the egg collection process was completed, Kenny suffered from hormonal imbalance, but he felt proud and relieved to have successfully completed such a challenging journey. At the fertility clinic, experts took 19 eggs, which created six embryos and made it possible for Kenny’s sister to become pregnant, although only one embryo would be transferred at a time.
