After the sting operation of Dainik Bhaskar Digital, Lokayukta DG Yogesh Deshmukh has taken major action for the third time. Head constable Yashwant Singh Thakur and driver Amit Vishwakarma were dismissed from their jobs. Earlier on Friday morning, 3 S of Bhopal, Sagar and Rewa divisions

SP Durgesh Kumar Rathore was removed from Bhopal division and sent to Sagar. SP Yogeshwar Sharma was removed from Sagar and sent to Rewa. At the same time, Sunil Patidar posted in Rewa was given the responsibility of Bhopal division.
Let us tell you, action has already been taken against two DSPs, two head constables, one constable and the driver. All of them were caught on Bhaskar’s camera making deals of money in exchange for weakening the corruption cases.
After Bhaskar’s sting operation, 3 SPs were removed.
Three employees were suspended after the sting
Lokayukta DG had taken action against DSP and lower level officers and employees on Thursday after the sting. Three employees were suspended in this. These include Head Constable Ramdas Kurmi, Head Constable Yashwant Singh Thakur and Constable Gaurav Sahu.
Apart from this, a proposal has been sent to the competent authorities for suspension of head constable Brij Bihari Pandey and disciplinary action against contract vehicle driver Amit Vishwakarma.
Letter to DGP to suspend two DSPs
In the second part of the sting operation on June 4, the collusion of DSP level officers was revealed. After this, DSP BM Dwivedi and Manju Singh have been removed from Lokayukta and attached to PHQ. Suspension action may be taken against both the DSPs. DG Deshmukh has sent a letter to DGP Kailash Makwana.
