Brijbhushan: Yes, it helped a lot, because she was a victim herself. All the victims were residents of different places. But everyone’s address connects to one place somewhere. Brijbhushan: Although the blame was on me, this blame was also on the sports world. The incident was reported to be from India, but its impact was all over the world. The world champion and world number one woman was calling herself a victim. Due to this, the atmosphere of female players and their families all over the world was tense. After the judgment everything became clear. I stood by my words from day one and today the same thing proved true.
