A sensational incident has come to light in West Bengal. Late Wednesday evening, there was rapid firing on Chandrakant Rath, close to BJP leader Shubhendu Adhikari. According to the information, the incident took place in Madhyamgram, where four rounds of firing took place targeting Chandranath. He got seriously injured in this. He was taken to the nearest hospital in a seriously injured condition.
It is being told that this incident was carried out by stopping Chandrakant’s car in the middle of the road. According to the police, bullets hit his chest and head.
As soon as information about the incident was received, the police reached the spot and started investigation. The area has been blocked and the search for the attackers is underway. Police are scanning the surrounding CCTV footage so that the accused can be traced.
