Actor Kamal Rashid Khan alias KRK has been detained by Mumbai Police in the firing case. He was the main accused in this case. According to NDTV report, KRK was brought to Oshiwara police station late on Friday evening. According to the police, KRK has admitted in his statement that the firing was done from his licensed gun. The police have confiscated his gun and the paperwork is underway for further action. According to reports, the incident took place on January 18, when two bullets were fired at a residential building in Oshiwara area of Andheri. According to India Today, two bullets were recovered from Nalanda Society, one from the second floor and the other from the fourth floor. Of these, one flat belongs to writer-director Neeraj Kumar Mishra and the other one belongs to model Prateek Baid. Initially the police did not get any clue from the CCTV, but after forensic investigation it was found that the bullets were probably fired from KRK’s bungalow.
