TV actress Sayantani Ghosh is in the headlines because of her pregnancy rumours. Now the actress has talked about these rumors through an Instagram post. First of all, she has completely rejected the news going on about her pregnancy. Along with this, in her post, she has also scolded those who do body shaming.

Sayantani writes with the caption ‘My body, my life, my choice’ – ‘I am not pregnant. In a latest interview I was asked whether I was going to be a mother? I was surprised to know the reason behind people thinking like this. Because these days I am wearing loose clothes, people think I am pregnant.

What nonsense is this? Unfortunately, this is what we call a modern and forward thinking society. People still have such old thinking. So much noise is made in the name of women empowerment but they do not leave any opportunity to judge women. What irony is this?’

In this post, Sayantani also tells why she likes to wear loose clothes. She writes- ‘I am a 41 year old married woman and am not pregnant. I wear comfortable clothes because that’s what I like.

With age, my body has also changed. Now it has become a special kind of thing and there is no shame in it. I looked a certain way in my 20s and 30s and now I am the way I am.

I was its owner then, and still am. I was confident then and am still confident! As it is said, change is the biggest constant in life.
