Bikaner House in Delhi has removed from the exhibition several photos of Priyanka Gandhi and Robert Vadra’s son Rehan from the recent Delhi protests. This step was taken just hours before the start of his exhibition. No statement has come from Bikaner House in this matter.
The name of Rehaan’s solo exhibition is ‘No Idea is Final’. Its preview took place on Wednesday and it will open for the audience from Thursday. Earlier there were more than 100 pictures in it, but now about 40 are left. More than 70 photographs taken of Rehan have been removed.
On this Rehan said that the photos have been removed citing the political environment. But he will not remove the tricolor photos. At the same time, Priyanka Gandhi said that democracy is no more. Today, efforts are being made to suppress the voice of the youth in the country.
Rehaan shared the video of his solo exhibition No Idea is Final on Instagram.
Rehan said – The layout of the exhibition was already told to the management
He told on Wednesday that he was told at 3:30 pm that if the photos were not removed by 5 pm, the exhibition would be cancelled. According to Rehan, the administration objected to the pictures related to the protests citing the current political environment. Whereas the proposal and layout of the exhibition was already given to the management.
Rehan said – The photographs were a document of the protests of the last 6 months and there was no political message in them. Artists’ work is being censored. I don’t know what they are scared of and even went to the extent of removing the photo of the tricolor. But I will not remove the tricolor photos. The exhibition will continue as per schedule till Sunday.

Priyanka said- Today it’s her turn, tomorrow it’s someone else’s turn
Rehan’s mother Priyanka Gandhi Vadra called this move ridiculous. He called it an attempt to suppress the voice of the youth across the country.
Priyanka said- Her pictures were of demonstrations. There were no comments in them. There was nothing derogatory against anyone. They were merely visual documentation of the performance.

Rehan Vadra’s photo series records scenes from the protests in Delhi. The pictures show the policemen detaining the protesters and the tense atmosphere created during the demonstration. In one picture, Rahul Gandhi is also seen among the protesters.
These demonstrations were held in protest against the resignation of Chief Election Commissioner Gyanesh Kumar and the Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of the voter list. Opposition parties had raised questions over alleged irregularities in the electoral process and demanded withdrawal of the changes in SIR.
