Russian President Vladimir Putin has supported Kamala Harris for the US presidency. Putin said that Donald Trump had imposed more sanctions on Russia while he was the US President. No US President before him had imposed so many sanctions on Russia.

At the Eastern Economic Forum (EEZ) held in the Russian city of Vladivostok, Putin was asked who he prefers as the next US President. In response to this question, Putin said, “If you had asked me earlier, I would have named President Biden. But now that he has withdrawn from the race, he has supported Kamala Harris’s name, I will do the same.”

Putin said- Kamala laughs openly
Talking about Kamala Harris, Putin further said that she laughs very openly. This shows that everything is going well in her life. If she is doing everything right, then she will not impose sanctions on Russia like Trump. Maybe she will avoid this thing.

However, Putin said that ultimately it is the responsibility of American citizens to choose who should become the President of America. Putin said that he will respect the choice of the American people.

Biden endorsed Harris for president
US President Joe Biden announced on July 21 that he would not contest the presidential election. Biden issued a letter saying that in the interest of the country and the party, I am withdrawing from the election.

In fact, after the presidential debate held on June 28 in America, the leaders of Biden’s Democratic Party were demanding that he give up his candidacy for the post of President. Former President Barack Obama had also asked Biden to drop out of the presidential race.

After this, Biden had said that if the doctors find me unfit or suffering from any disease, then I will withdraw from the presidential race.

Along with withdrawing his name, he posted on X and supported Kamala Harris’s name for the presidency.
