The devastation caused by the flood of 26 August in Nepal is also visible from satellite. Villages and markets were washed away in the flood, roads and bridges were buried under debris. Muddy water and mountain debris are visible everywhere. This flood changed the map of the entire area of Nepal-Tibet border.
