Top officials of the company have started an internal process involving external experts to investigate the matter. Along with this, it has been said on behalf of TCS that Nida Khan was not the HR manager in its Nashik unit.

For this, expert teams from ‘Deloitte’ and leading law firm Trilegal have been added. The company has also constituted a monitoring committee, which is headed by Keki M. Mistry.

The reports of the internal investigation will be placed before this committee, based on which further action will be decided. Responding to the reports coming out in this matter, Kritivasan said that Nida Khan was neither an HR manager nor a manager of the company. Nasik Used to recruit people in the unit. The company says that Nida Khan did not have any leadership role. Kritivasan said, “Our Nashik unit is continuously working and providing services to the customers. The reports of closure of the unit are completely false.” Regarding the allegations, he said that no such thing has come to light in the initial review.

According to Kritivasan, no such complaint was registered through the company’s ethics or POSH channels. However, he said that detailed investigation is still going on. The company adheres to the highest standards of employee welfare and institutional conduct. There is a zero-tolerance policy towards any kind of misbehavior here.

He also said that the company is committed to the safety, dignity and well-being of every employee. Is fully cooperating with the agencies investigating this matter. The company wants that the investigation should be transparent and the matter should reach the right conclusion. Earlier this month, allegations of sexual harassment and conversion were revealed in Nashik.

So far 9 FIRs have been registered in this case. SIT has been formed for investigation. Police have arrested eight employees so far. These include a woman operations manager. Nida Khan has emerged as the main accused. She is continuously absconding since the revelation of this case.
