TV actress Deepika Kakkar has recently undergone Stage 2 liver cancer surgery. Now his health is better than before and he has been shifted from ICU to General Ward. In such a situation, on June 7, Deepika and her husband Shoaib Ibrahim celebrated Eid with great simplicity and peace in the hospital room.

Shoaib Ibrahim shared a photo on his Instagram story, in which it can be seen how his family is trying his best to make the festival special and memorable even in this difficult time. In its caption, he wrote, ‘Dippy (Deepika) and Idi came from Papa for me. Happy Eid.’

Shoaib had updated her fans about Deepika’s surgery in Vlog shared on 6 June. He had told, ‘Tomorrow is Eid-ul-Azha and today Deepika has come out of ICU on such auspicious day. I am really grateful that she has come out of ICU and is with us. She stayed in the ICU for three days and after surgery her condition continued to improve.

Shoaib reported that the surgery was quite long, and Deepika stayed in the operation theater for 14 hours. According to Shoaib, doctors cut a part of Deepika’s liver and fired. His gallbladder was also removed, which had stones.

Deepika shared the post from her official Instagram. In this he wrote, as you all know that the last few weeks have been difficult for us. Going to the hospital with severe pain of the upper part of the abdomen, then know that our liver has a tennis ball size tumor and then know that this tumor is second stage cancer.

This is the most difficult time for us that we have seen and experienced. I am positive and detrandy to cope with it and get out of it with full courage. Inshallah.
