A fire broke out in the AC coach of Trivandrum-Hazrat Nizamuddin Rajdhani Express (12431) in Kota division. The accident happened around 5.15 am on Sunday morning between Lunirichha-Vikramgarh Alot station of Kota division. After getting information about the fire, hooters started sounding at Kota Junction. Relief and rescue team left for the spot. According to the information, it was in coach number B1. Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Saurabh Jain said that there were 68 passengers in the coach. At present there is no information about any casualty. The team has reached the spot. The guard informed the loco pilot about the fire. According to sources, within a few seconds the fire spread throughout the coach. The guard was the first to inform the loco pilot about the fire. After this the train was stopped and the passengers were taken out. After this, the RPF staff and other people present in the train immediately started de-boarding the passengers from the coach. The entire coach was evacuated in about 15 minutes. Traffic stopped, coat cut apart. At present, traffic has been stopped on Delhi Mumbai railway track.
