He also said that India buys most of its needs of oil and military equipment from Russia and not from America. Trump described it as a year -old problem and said that India should have already reduced the tariff.

Trump’s statement came at a time when Prime Minister Modi met President Xi Jinping and Russian President Putin in China during the SCO Summit a few hours ago.

On the other hand, US Secretary of State Marco Rubio said that this is the most special partnership of the 21st century. Shortly before Trump’s statement, his trade advisor Peter Navarro accused Indian Brahmins of profiteering by purchasing Russian oil. He said that India’s Brahmins are earning profits from Russian oil, which is paying the whole of India.

Navaro said that India is giving money from Russia to buy oil and attack Ukraine. Therefore, the most tariffs are facing the most. This is not harming Russia and America, but common Indians. They should understand this.
