The new song ‘Jaate Hue Lamho’ from the film Border 2 was released on Monday. The film’s actor Ahan Shetty arrived with his father Sunil Shetty at the special screening organized on this occasion. During the event, Sunil Shetty looked emotional while talking about his son’s struggle.
Regarding the general perception on nepotism, the actor said, “People think that since he is Sunil Shetty’s son, he would have got the job easily, but the truth is that Ahaan has faced a lot in life, but I am very happy that he got a film like Border. A better film than this cannot be found. I would only pray that he does justice to his role and the film does well.”
Talking about the film Border 2, Sunil said,
Getting such a big film is a big responsibility in itself. When Ahaan was doing this film, I clearly told him that it is not just about wearing a uniform, always remember this. Today, if the country is known for its progress, it is also known for its courage. This courage is given to us by our soldiers and officers, to whom we all owe a great debt. I just said that whatever you do, do it from your heart.
During this, Sunil thanked the film’s producer Nidhi Dutta. He said that Nidhi is like a younger daughter to him and writing such a big film and casting Ahaan in it is a big thing. As a father, he will always be indebted to him.
Sunil also thanked JP Dutta
Sunil Shetty also expressed gratitude to JP Dutta, director of the first part of the film Border. He said, “I want to thank JP, who gave me the opportunity. Today Ahaan is here, it is because of him.”
At the event, Sunil also repeated the dialogue ‘Shakti Maa’ from Border.
It is noteworthy that Ahan Shetty started acting with great enthusiasm in the year 2021. Now he will be seen in Border 2 with Sunny Deol and Varun Dhawan. The film will be released in theaters on January 23.
Border 2 song Jaante Hye Lamho launched
The makers of Border 2 launched the song Jaaye Lamho at United Services Club in Mumbai on Monday evening. Naval officers were present on this occasion. Suniel Shetty entered with son Ahaan Shetty and Anya Singh. After this a band performance was given by Naval Officers. Singers Roop Kumar Rathore and Vishal Mishra gave live performances at the event.
Sunil Shetty worked in the film Border, released in 1997. Now his son Ahan Shetty will be seen in the sequel of the film.
The entire team of Border 2, producers Bhushan Kumar, Nidhi Dutta and co-producers Shiv Chanana and Binoy Gandhi were also present on the occasion.
This song was composed by Anu Malik and Javed Akhtar for Border, which Mithun has created afresh for Border 2. This re-created version of Jaatein Lamhon has been sung by Vishal Mishra along with the original song’s singer Roop Kumar Rathod.
Ahan Shetty and Anya Singh are sharing the screen for the first time in the film Border 2.
Border 2 is presented by Gulshan Kumar and T-Series and produced in association with JP Dutta’s JP Films. This film has been produced by Bhushan Kumar, Krishna Kumar, JP Dutta and Nidhi Dutta, while directed by Anurag Singh.
