He said that he has been away from his state, relatives and people for more than a year. The petition said that his life and liberty have been snatched away in an unusual and cruel manner.

Independent candidate challenged the membership of Parliament

Meanwhile, Amritpal Singh’s membership of Parliament has now been challenged. Vikramjit Singh, who was an independent candidate from Khadoor Sahib, has filed a petition in the Punjab and Haryana High Court regarding this. Five things have been mentioned in the petition.

It has been argued that Amritpal Singh has hidden many details in his nomination form. The nomination form is incomplete. Information about funds, donations and expenditure has been hidden. Religious places have been used to seek votes.
