Kolkata The atmosphere heated up at the airport when TMC leader Abhishek Banerjee was about to reach Kolkata from Delhi. Even before his arrival, a fight started between TMC and BJP supporters near the arrival gate of the airport.
TMC supporters alleged that BJP supporters had gathered there so that Abhishek Banerjee Eggs can be thrown at them when they arrive. On this issue, supporters of both the parties came face to face and the debate escalated to such an extent that it led to scuffles and fights.
Seeing this sudden increase in chaos at the airport, the police immediately came into action. The police separated the two groups present outside the exit gate and tried to bring the situation under control. The uproar was finally calmed down due to the presence of heavy police force.
Amidst all this commotion, Abhishek Banerjee left the airport safely. The gate through which they came out was not the same gate where the commotion was taking place, that is, they went out using a different exit gate.

Why did Abhishek Banerjee go to Delhi?
A big controversy is going on within the Trinamool Congress (TMC) party. Regarding this matter, TMC leader Abhishek Banerjee had gone to Delhi to meet Lok Sabha Speaker Om Birla. Abhishek Banerjee wants that the Parliament membership of those MPs who are trying to go against the party and form a new party or join another party should be cancelled. He has submitted a complaint against 20 such MPs to the Speaker.
Abhishek’s strong attack on rebel leaders
Abhishek Banerjee slammed those leaders of his party who are thinking of changing sides. He clearly said that in politics, victory and defeat continues. But if any leader, out of fear or greed of crores of rupees, says that he will not fight, will sit at home or will join hands with BJP, then there is no place for such people in Bengal. He also said that if any MP feels bad about what he said, he can file a case against him, and Abhishek will prove this in the court.
Two more complaints against Abhishek Banerjee

The complaints mention alleged corruption related to housing relief after Cyclone Amphan and matters related to the boats and fishing nets of local fishermen.
