A case of lapse in security of Union Minister Nitin Gadkari has come to light in Ratlam on Thursday afternoon. Suddenly three youths appeared in front of Gadkari’s convoy on the 8 lane Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. The incident took place near Shivgarh Bridge in Ratlam district.

The vehicles included in the convoy of the Union Minister passed by these villagers and left from the other lane. The speed of these trains was about 120 kilometers per hour.

Gadkari had reached Rajasthan on Wednesday to inspect the Delhi-Mumbai Expressway. He inspected the expressway from Bundi to Kota, a distance of about 90KM. After this he is going to Gujarat. During this time, he also passed through Ratlam on Thursday.

Villagers said- youths were making children cross the road

Police investigated the matter. The names of the youth are Shantilal (32), Nandlal Bhabhar (30) and Dinesh Bhabhar (30). All of them are residents of Nimkopada Palsodi village.

The youth told the police that their children study in a school on the other side of the highway. Even on Thursday, they were going to drop the children to school, for which they were crossing the road by signaling the vehicles to stop.

Villagers told that they had no information about Union Minister Gadkari’s convoy passing through here. At present, the police is busy investigating the matter.
