When a bill is passed by both houses of Parliament, it goes to the President. If Trump wanted, he could not have signed it, but since it was passed by a wide margin in both houses. In such a situation, Trump was left with no option.
If Trump had vetoed this bill, the US Parliament could have overridden it by one-third. This is why President Trump had to sign it on November 19.

What is the full story of the Epstein case
It started in 2005 when the mother of a 14-year-old girl in Florida filed a police complaint. It said that his daughter was called to Epstein’s luxurious house on the pretext of ‘massage’, but after reaching there, she was pressurized for sex.
When he returned home and told this to his parents, they immediately complained to the police. Then for the first time an official complaint was filed against Jeffrey Epstein. During the police investigation it came to light that this was not an isolated case.
Gradually, about 50 minor girls were identified who made similar allegations against Epstein. The Palm Beach Police Department took this case seriously and investigated for several months. After this, a criminal investigation started against Epstein.
The investigation into the case revealed that Epstein owned luxurious villas in Manhattan and Palm Beach. Epstein used to throw high-profile parties here, in which many big personalities attended.
Epstein used to bring underage girls to parties on his private jet ‘Lolita Express’. He used to force the girls by luring money and jewelery and threatening them. In this, Epstein’s girlfriend and partner Ghislaine Maxwell supported him.
However, even after the initial investigation, Epstein was not jailed for long. His influence was so much that in 2008 he was sentenced to only 13 months, in which he could also work outside the jail.

Epstein drowned in the wave of Me Too movement
After coming out of jail in 2009, Epstein started keeping a low profile. Exactly 8 years later, the Me Too movement started in America. In 2017, the American newspaper New York Times published several reports against Hollywood producer Harvey Weinstein.
It was reported that Weinstein sexually exploited actresses, models and employees for decades. This incident created a sensation all over the world. More than 80 women made Me Too allegations against Weinstein on social media (I was also exploited).
It featured big names like Angelina Jolie, Salma Hayek, Uma Thurman and Ashley Judd. After this, lakhs of women shared their stories of exploitation by writing ‘#MeToo’ on social media.
There was also a girl named Virginia Griffey in it. She made many serious allegations against Epstein. She claimed that she was sexually abused for 3 years. After this, about 80 women complained against him.
Virginia Giuffre trapped in Trump’s club
Virginia Giuffre was also a young woman who accused Epstein. She alleged that she was just 16 years old when she was working at Donald Trump’s club Mar-a-Lago. It was there that he met Ghislaine Maxwell.
He offered her massage therapy. She tricked him into taking him to Epstein. Giuffre claimed she was taken to Epstein’s home where she was asked to give him a ‘massage’. Giuffre told that she worked for Epstein and Maxwell for about three years.

During this time, she was sent by private jet to places around the world and there she was forced to have ‘sexual relations’ with influential people.
Giuffre also accused Prince Andrew of Britain’s royal family of molesting her when she was a minor. This matter became a huge controversy in the British media.
Giuffre did not say Trump molested her, but did say the Mar-a-Lago club was where she was “recruited.” Virginia Giuffre died this year in April 2025. It was declared suicide, but it once again brought the case into discussion.
Epstein arrested, still in jail Death

After this his security was increased, but was soon removed. On August 10, 2019, Epstein was found dead in the same high-security prison. The official report said that he committed suicide by hanging, but many medical and legal experts raised questions on this.
The postmortem report said that some bones in Epstein’s neck were broken. These injuries are usually associated with strangulation, not suicide. On the day Epstein died, security cameras outside his cell were not working and the footage was missing.
Since Epstein’s client list included big names. In such a situation, it was believed that he was murdered due to fear of revealing the secret. After Epstein’s death, the FBI and Justice Department began investigating.

In this, Trump is seen pointing Epstein towards a woman and leaning over and saying – Look, she is very hot. Media reports claimed that Trump had traveled on Epstein’s private jet 7 times.
According to the New York Times, Trump made this journey between 1993 and 1997. However, these flights were mostly between Palm Beach and New York. Trump had said that he never visited Epstein’s private island nor did any wrongdoing.

The rift between Trump and Epstein’s friendship came in 2004 due to the ‘House of Friendship’, a property built in Palm Beach, Florida. The property belonged to nursing home magnate Abe Gosman, who was being auctioned off due to bankruptcy.
Both Trump and Epstein wanted to buy this 6-acre property. Trump had called it the best land in America. Their intention was to buy it, refurbish it and then sell it, while Epstein wanted to live there.
