Bigg Boss 13 fame Asim Riaz has sent a legal notice (cease and desist) to social media influencer Bhavya Singh. During a podcast, Bhavya had made serious allegations against Asim like assault and being dependent on the money of a woman in Dubai. According to IANS, Asim’s lawyer has called these claims completely false and tarnishing his image. In the notice, Bhavya and related media platforms have been instructed to remove the controversial content within 72 hours. Bhavya Singh had made serious allegations. MTV Splitsvilla 12 fame Bhavya Singh had recently commented on the breakup of Asim Riaz and his ex-girlfriend Himanshi Khurana in a podcast. Bhavya had claimed that someone had told her that Asim was a mad person and used to beat her. Apart from this, Bhavya had also claimed to have a video. It was also said in the podcast that Asim is living in Dubai on the money of an unknown woman and is financially dependent on her. Asim’s lawyer called the allegations baseless. Advocate Suhail Sharif, partner of legal firm Falcon Legal, on behalf of Asim Riaz, has completely rejected these allegations. The legal notice states that Bhavya’s statements falsely portray Asim as a person who committed physical violence against Himanshi. These statements have caused huge damage to Asim’s social image and professional career. The lawyer made it clear that his client will not tolerate any kind of defamation against him. Through the notice, Bhavya Singh has been asked to immediately stop repeating any defamatory statement against Asim. Along with this, the media platforms which have shared this podcast or its related content have also been asked to remove that content within 72 hours.
