The megastar of the century, Amitabh Bachchan has spoken openly about the rapidly changing technology and the challenge of learning in today’s era. In his recent blog post, Big B admitted that he regrets that he did not learn many things in time. Especially those things which did not exist in his time. Amitabh Bachchan wrote- “Every day we get to learn something new, but the regret is that what was necessary to be learned should have been learned years ago.” He said that today the pace of inventions and new systems is so fast that by the time someone starts learning them, time has passed. The desire, energy and effort to learn also gradually decreases with age. Sharing his experience, Big B said that from the recent meetings he learned that it is important to have a basic understanding of any work and then hand over that work to young, qualified and expert talent. He said that even if you are not completely qualified for some work, there is no problem in it. Accept it, hire experts and get the job done. While comparing the old and new era, Amitabh said that earlier if someone did not know how to do any work then he either was not able to do it or was left with regrets. But in today’s time, work can be easily completed through outsourcing, which is a big relief for them. Let us tell you that last year Big B had talked about the challenges of increasing age in his blog. He had told how to do an easy task one has to put in more effort. He had written – ‘Earlier I used to think that old habits can be easily started again, but now I have understood that even a day’s break has a long-term impact. Just a gap of one day and pain and mobility go on a long walk. It is surprising that earlier they were normal actions but now the mind has to think before doing them…simple task…wearing pants…the doctor advises that please Mr. Bachchan, sit down and wear them. Don’t try to stand while wearing them, you may lose balance and fall.’ Talking about work front, recently the actor’s show Kaun Banega Crorepati Season 17 has ended. Apart from this, he was last seen in the Tamil action drama film ‘Vettaiyan’, which also featured stars like Rajinikanth, Fahadh Faasil, Rana Daggubati and Manju Warrier.
